Emma has over 20 years of experience in property investment, having co-managed a successful rental portfolio since 2001. With a deep understanding of the residential market, she ensures each Ownly property is consistently tenanted and well-maintained.

Her focus is on selecting high-quality tenants and overseeing day-to-day property standards — helping safeguard investor returns and uphold the performance of every property in the portfolio.

Aaron Ley - Co-Founder

Aaron brings over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, having successfully delivered large-scale projects valued up to $100 million. A seasoned property investor since 2001 and hands-on landlord and property manager since 2006, he combines deep industry knowledge with a practical, results-driven mindset.

Known for his exceptional time management, clear communication, and project leadership, Aaron is passionate about creating accessible property investment opportunities for everyday people.
